REGINA L. HENRY

Your Principal Life Architect

I help high-achieving women design a life in alignment with their Genius!

If you’re not sure what your Genius is or how to use it, I’m here to give you the tools you need!

I’m going to equip you, empower you, and embrace you on your journey, until you step into your own brilliance and live your life the way you were meant to be.

Drawing from 20+ years of working professionally as an educator, I’ve applied my extensive study of human and brain development, neuroplasticity, and emotional intelligence to develop the Live Your Genius framework.

But I didn’t get here overnight.

In fact, just like many of my clients, I really had to struggle before I found my breakthrough.

I’ve worked in and out of the home for over 20 years — married to my best friend, raising three children, and working as an educator.

I loved it! Until I didn’t…

It was 5:30 a.m. on a weekday morning. I had already completed my morning run when the sitter called without notice. I scrambled to drop my kids at three different locations before racing to work. My mind was spinning with all the extra “to do’s” that were now on my plate with this change of plans.

By the time I landed in my classroom at 7:45 a.m., tears were streaming down my face.

I knew that I could not take One. More. Thing.

I was tired of the masks. Tired of living a life unaligned with who I wanted to be. Tired of compartmentalizing all the incongruent pieces of my life and wearing a false “I’ve got it all together!” mask.

But I also realized, in that moment, that I was ready. Ready to step into my true authenticity, and ready to fully express my brilliance in the world.

I set out on a personal development pilgrimage to learn how to move beyond my past, restructure my present, and create possibilities for my future.
